For inventory items, simply click "Buy It" next to the item. For custom orders, please click "Order It" under the description of each style or send your request through "Online Order Form."
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your orders via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail within the US only. Standard shipping is included in the price of the shoes. Inventory items are normally shipped within 48 hours of payment verification. Please allow 3-6 weeks delivery for custom shoes. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will accept returns for black or tan leather or satin shoes in the original package for up to 14 days from the date of shipment indicated on your invoice. Contact us to obtain authorization and the return shipping address. Shoes must be unused and cannot be returned or exchanged if soiled. We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface. This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. Original shoe boxes should be unmarked and shipped in an outer box to protect them from damage.
Orders returned to us outside the required 14-day period (in good condition) will only be eligible for exchange (no refunds). No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond a 30-day maximum period. CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
Please protect your return shipments by obtaining a tracking number with all deliveries. We cannot be responsible for lost return items.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept certified checks and money orders (contact us for payment address), as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic bank transfers through Paypal.
